Moab Utah is home to some of the most incredible landscapes I have ever seen. This place has its own unique look & vibe unlike anywhere other. & I’m going to share some of my absolute FAVORITE locations + films from weddings & elopements in the Moab area! Starting with:

Arches National Park:

Arches is the obvious first stop in Moab. It is a giant national park that requires a permit to host an event, but is fun to explore none the less. The best time to explore arches for photo purposes — is in the morning. It is nice & cool & much less busy than afternoon & evening hours. It is important to note during busy seasons – they have an entry limit & you can get turned away if the park is full. So its best to visit as early as you can to ensure you get into the park & get to check out the views! Some of my favorite places to visit in the park are the double arch (windows) & the sand dune arch.

Dead Horse State Park:

Another incredible option is Dead Horse! This park is much more open & about 45-60 minute drive from the town of Moab. But this park has the most incredible cliffside views of the Colorado river! If you love epic overlooks this place is for you!

Moab BLM Campgrounds:

Another incredible option in Moab is the BLM campgrounds. Book your own space to celebrate & have a casual gathering with your people. Its nice to reserve your own little spot to spend a whole wedding weekend. & you truly have incredible views everywhere in the Moab valley. Its a small enough town, in the middle of utah, that everywhere you look there is beautiful mountains, riverbeds & rad viewpoints.
