Makayla + Luke hosted their wedding day at the Ethereal Gardens in Southern California. This venue is perfect because you can host your whole day — from start to finish — which makes coordinating with vendors & guests a breeze. We began the day in one of the villas capturing details of the ladies — & details of the groomsmen in a separate villa on site. I love these shots to help tell the story, set the scene, & capture the personalities of some of the most important people involved in the day.
Their ceremony began at sunset where they exchanged their vows, prayed with their families then celebrated down the aisle as husband & wife! We spend some time during cocktail hour, as guests were mingling, exploring the grounds. The venue had beautiful sunset overlooks, rows of California palms, & plenty of space to run around laughing & capturing their love.
The rest of the evening took place under the giant white tent where they celebrate with dinner, toasts & alll the dancing. Followed by none other than a wedding day exit in a Rolls Royce.
