I had been so excited to finally shoot this wedding for Sarah + Casey. Sarah is a photographer herself, so I knew this day was going to be so full of unique details that made their day special. Plus the photographer at this wedding was my cousin Kylie Morgan (which btw, we totally have a photo video package deal together so you should def inquire about that!)
Sarah & Casey hosted their wedding at a hotel in Lewiston Idaho. Their wedding day ended up taking place during a storm season in the north west, so they decided to put up multiple tents outdoors in order to still host their event outside in the greenery, & not have sopping wet guests 😉
It honestly turned out perfect. The rain was pouring but everyone was safe inside the tents, cozied up & enjoying their time together as family & friends. One of my favorite parts of Sarah & Caseys wedding was that they chose to have a live band at their event! The artists played for them during their ceremony & all throughout the evening. It gave the whole experience such an intimate feel. With the rain & the band & the coziness of the tents, everyone had such a rad & unique experience during this wedding!
They ended the evening with lots of dancing & a desert bar that consisted of lots of popcorn and a pretzel wall! I loved this because it was such a cute (& salty) alternative to the donut wall that I’ve seen at so many weddings. Such a good idea for future brides!
